Refund policy

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy! We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. We will always do our best to take care of customers - our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably. We have long believed that when we treat our customers fairly, they, in turn, are fair with us. We will accept returns on items within 14 days of arrival to you as documented by the postal carrier. Original shipping will not be refunded. Return shipping cost is assumed by the customer. Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the returned item back to the original method of payment. Please note that all women s clothing, undergarments, swimsuits, and accessories cannot be returned. To ensure that you will receive a full product refund, please only return items that meet the following criteria: - Items are unworn - Items are unwashed - All tags are still attached - Items are sent back to us within 14 days of arrival to you as documented by the postal carrier - On International orders, all applicable duties/ taxes have been paid -
Shoes must be unworn and returned in the original box. Please note: We will not accept returns if the shoe box is damaged or not included. Do not place tape or shipping labels directly onto the shoebox. - Any items returned to us that do not meet these criteria will be eligible for a partial refund or store credit only. If you are unsure as to whether or not your return is eligible for a refund or have any other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service department. Special Occasion dresses (Special Occasion, Flower Girl, Christmas, Easter, Wedding, Pageant, Baptism, Baptismal, Christening, Quinceañera) and boys’ suits are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
